Who we are

Empowering communities to thrive with dignity

Who We Are

Our History

Founded in 2025, Palace Network is a non profit organisation that stands firmly against inequality and silent exclusion. We focus on serving BAME communities using our lived experiences to challenge structural barriers and build an equitable society. Through community support, we build opportunities for those who are too often unheard.

Our mission

Palace Network aims to become a trusted grassroots hub for local residents, community groups and youth projects. We will champion the voices of BAME communities and work closely with grassroots organisations and funders to improve the outcomes for minorities communities.

Our values

Community Led – Our work mainly shapes ethnic minority groups, disabled people, carers, migrants and the youth.

Transparency – How we spend project funding will be transparent and hold ourselves accountable to the communities we serve.

Collaborative – We partner with local authorities, NHS, grassroots groups and other community led organisations to improve access to services and amplify community voice.
